  • Blender


  • 2 large bananas
  • 1 medium apple
  • 1 cup oatmeal
  • 1 cup baby spinach, packed
  • cup crushed pineapple packed in its own juice be sure NOT to get the sweetened pineapple
  • 1 cup water


  • Place all of the ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.
  • Serve immediately or refrigerate for up to 24 hours or freeze for later use.
