Very Berry Good Smoothie

Note: the apples didn’t actually fit, we had to leave them out.
Our smoothie master, Geoff, is at it again with this berry-based, nutrient-packed smoothie.
You’ll note, in the picture above, that it includes two apples. Well, we ran out of room in the Vitamix and they just wouldn’t fit. But even without the apples, this was one tasty smoothie and it made enough for four servings.

Very Berry Good Smoothie
Another of smoothie master Geoff's creation! This recipe was also going to include two small apples, but they just didn't fit.

Ingredients
- 3 spears fresh pineapple
- 2 cups frozen mixed berries
- 2 medium carrots
- 2 small pears
- 1 medium banana
- 1 knob fresh ginger
- 2 tablespoons full fat coconut milk
- 1/4 teaspoon turmeric
- 3 cups plant-based milk we used cashew milk
Instructions
- Combine all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.
