Another great vegan smoothie creation by our smoothie-master, Geoff.

This one was actually a result of “What ingredients do we have available for a smoothie today?”

And, the result was amazing! Creamy, tasty and packed with nutrients and antioxidants. And all at just 159 calories per serving!

Easy to make, too. Just pop everything in a blender (be sure to use a powerful blender – we use a Vitamix) and blend until smooth.

Equipment

Ingredients

  • 2 medium bananas, frozen
  • 2 medium peaches
  • 2 small apples
  • 1 cup mixed berries, frozen
  • 2 cups plant-based milk of your choice we used cashew milk
  • ¼ teaspoon turmeric

Instructions

  • Place all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.
  • Serve immediately or freeze for later use.
