Pineapple Pear Smoothie – Vegan and Sugar-Free

With the inclusion of both ginger and turmeric, this smoothie – aside from being delicious – contains anti-oxidants and anti-inflammatories, too!
Just place all of the ingredients in your blender – we like to use a Vitamix – and blend until smooth.

Ingredients
- ¼ large fresh pineapple, peeled and roughly chopped
- 2 large pears, quartered
- 2 small apples, quartered
- ¼ teaspoon turmeric
- 2 cups plant-based milk of your choice we used almond milk
Instructions
- Place all of the ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.
- Serve immediately or refrigerate for up to 24 hours or freeze for later use.
