Ingredients

  • 1 small pineapple peeled, cored and chopped
  • 2 cups full fat coconut milk canned
  • 2 medium bananas
  • 2 medium carrots
  • 2 small apples
  • 1 cup plant-based milk we used cashew milk
  • 1/4 teaspoon turmeric
  • 1 tablespoon fresh ginger minced

Instructions

  • Place all the ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.
  • Serve immediately.
  • Leftovers can be refrigerated for up to 24 hours or frozen for later use.
