Ingredients
- 1 small pineapple peeled, cored and chopped
- 2 cups full fat coconut milk canned
- 2 medium bananas
- 2 medium carrots
- 2 small apples
- 1 cup plant-based milk we used cashew milk
- 1/4 teaspoon turmeric
- 1 tablespoon fresh ginger minced
Instructions
- Place all the ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.
- Serve immediately.
