  • Vitamix


  • 2 medium bananas, frozen
  • 1 medium carrot
  • 1 small apple
  • 1 small pear
  • ½ cup natural peanut butter ONLY use natural peanut butter (just ground up peanuts)
  • 1 cup plant-based milk we used cashew milk


  • Place all ingredients in blender and blend until smooth.
  • Serve immediately.
