Ginger Melon Smoothie

Ingredients
- ½ large cantaloupe
- 2 medium carrots
- 2 small pears
- 2 small apples
- 1 knob ginger – a good size chunk
- ¼ teaspoon turmeric
- 1 cup plant-based milk of your choice we used cashew milk
Instructions
- Add all the ingredients into a blend and blend until smooth.
- Serve immediately or refrigerate for up to 24 hours or freeze for later use.
