Equipment

Ingredients

  • ½ large cantaloupe
  • 2 medium carrots
  • 2 small pears
  • 2 small apples
  • 1 knob ginger – a good size chunk
  • ¼ teaspoon turmeric
  • 1 cup plant-based milk of your choice we used cashew milk

Instructions

  • Add all the ingredients into a blend and blend until smooth.
  • Serve immediately or refrigerate for up to 24 hours or freeze for later use.
