Ingredients
- ½ large cantaloupe
- 1 cup honey dates, pitted
- 4 cups kale
- 2 cups plant-based milk of your choice we used cashew milk
- ¼ teaspoon turmeric
- 1 knob ginger – a good sized piece
Instructions
- Add all ingredients to a blender and blend until smooth.
- Serve immediately or refrigerate for up to 24 hours or freeze for later use.
