Equipment

Ingredients

  • ½ large cantaloupe
  • 1 cup honey dates, pitted
  • 4 cups kale
  • 2 cups plant-based milk of your choice we used cashew milk
  • ¼ teaspoon turmeric
  • 1 knob ginger – a good sized piece

Instructions

  • Add all ingredients to a blender and blend until smooth.
  • Serve immediately or refrigerate for up to 24 hours or freeze for later use.
