Easy Vegan Pancakes Ingredients

We often have these pancakes on a Sunday morning. And, they tick all the boxes. They’re:

All you need to do is combine all the ingredients in a blender.

Heat a skillet over medium-high heat. Grease with a little coconut oil and use about 1/4 cup of batter per pancake.

Ingredients

  • cups old-fashioned oats
  • cups plant-based milk of your choice we used almond milk
  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds
  • 2 tablespoons unsweetened applesauce
  • 2 teaspoons baking powder
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • ½ teaspoon salt

Instructions

  • Add all of the ingredients to a blender and blend until smooth.
  • Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat and add a little coconut oil to grease the pan.
  • Use about ¼ cup of batter for each pancake.
  • Cook until bubbles appear and then turn pancake once.
  • Keep cooked pancakes in a warm open (approx. 170°F) while other pancakes are cooking.
  • Once all the pancakes are cooked, serve immediately with topping(s) of your choice. (We used Maple Syrup)
