Carrot Pineapple Smoothie – Vegan & Sugar-Free

This Carrot Pineapple Smoothie is slightly sweet (with no added sugar). It’s thick and creamy with a perfect blend of all the flavors – the apples, carrots, pineapple and ginger.
The complete, printable recipe is at the end of this post.
It’s also super-easy to make. Just add all of the ingredients to a blender and blend until smooth. We like to use a Vitamix because, of all the blenders we’ve tested, it seems to do the best job. We’ve had ours for 20 years now and it’s still going strong.

When your smoothie is nicely blended, serve immediately.
Note: You can also refrigerate it for up to 24 hours or freeze for later use.

This recipe makes 4 servings.
