Banana Pineapple Smoothie – Vegan and Sugar-Free

We were actually in the Bahamas when we developed this recipe.
We didn’t have access to our Vitamix (which we normally use for smoothies).
Instead, we used a small Ninja blender. We needed to halve the recipe and do the smoothies one at a time. But it still worked out just fine.
We cut the ingredients a little smaller than we would have in order to use the Ninja.

So, in this case, using a much smaller blender, we added half of the ingredients, plus 1/2 cup of water per smoothie, and blended until smooth.
We had a couple of frosty beer mugs in the freezer and thought our smoothies would go well in them.

The complete, printable recipe is at the end of this post.
