This creamy and colorful Banana Berry Smoothie is vegan and refined sugar-free.

With minimal ingredients, it’s easy to make even on a busy morning.

Just pop everything in a sturdy blender. We use a Vitamix.

Put all the ingredients in a blender.

And then just blend until smooth. With all the berries it’s full of antioxidants and with the turmeric its also a good anti-inflammatory.

  • Vitamix


  • 2 medium bananas
  • 2 small apples
  • 1 medium carrot
  • 2 cups mixed berries
  • 2 cups plant-based milk of your choice we used almond milk
  • ¼ teaspoon turmeric


  • Place all of the ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.
  • Serve immediately or refrigerate for up to 24 hours or freeze for later use.
